"The property is in a great location in Chicago - the Loop. There are many cafes and restaurants close by and it’s very close to the major attractions, e.g. The Art Institute. The room was clean, comfortable (great pillows) good shower and had a Nespresso Coffee Maker."

"The hotel was in great location downtown. The rooms and bedding was also clean and nice. We had to request a room change because the toilet and sink were not working correctly. In the new room, the bathroom sink continued to not drain. It was definitely annoying and disgusting. I probably won’t be staying here again due to the bathroom issue, but overall if that won’t bother you - it’s a good clean hotel with great staff. "

"The location could not be better for art and architecture lovers like me. The staff were so kind and available. As I'm a senior I had some trouble using the tech initially. I was exhausted and irritable but once I made contact everything became smooth. The bed was some new material that was not.my preference but it worked out. I think that it might be fine for others. The phone reception got spotty a few times but mostly ok. The room was immaculate and roomy."

"The property is in a prime location. We chose this hotel because of how close it is to the Blue Line, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The area felt safe, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. The check-in lobby is located on the 9th floor, which initially threw us off, but the front desk attendant was very welcoming and clearly explained where to go. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and well maintained. It was very clean and had plenty of space for two people. There is a bar and a small market on the 9th floor as well. Although we didn’t use these amenities, they appeared fully stocked. The bar looked trendy and very cute. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
