"Friendly competent and helpful staff, clean room. Perfect view of the ocean, across from great beach area with rinsing showers and changing cabanas, very close to restaurants and stores. All rooms have water view with balconies. Very calming location. Fee parking. Great value for ocean front. Ran out of eggs at the breakfast buffet. No lobby, worst tap water I have ever tasted (not hotel’s fault, they had bottled water available at the check in counter). Not an up-to- date facility, but very comfortable and friendly. Would definitely return for view, friendliness and value. "

"This is the cutest boutique hotel. All the rooms are re-done but kept the original charm. Walking distance to the beach and a quick drive over the bridge to St Augustine. Family-owned which we always try to support. Loved it!"

"Great location mediocre hotel. Parking at the hotel is $52 a day ! Went to the parking lot across the street and paid $16 a day. The room wasn’t adequately cleaned. I dropped some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was filthy!"
