"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained property. Great location for exploring old town. A very short walk to the beach. Only stayed one night, but would stay again. Only drawbacks: my room was right near the swimming pool and it was a little noisy and if you have mobility issues, the steps/stairs might be a challenge."

"Best thing about this place is the location. It is in the middle of a bunch of shops and restaurants and right next to the beach. Place feels very safe. staff is friendly but sometimes slow at the lobby. Worst thing is the food the food has very little flavor. And they don't offer room service."

"I stayed in one of the renovated rooms with a balcony! It was a nice room and had great closet storage. The bathroom area was spacious as well. The balcony was a nice place to sit. The rooftop was awesome! Very beautiful and great views. You have access to the pools at the Los Arcos Suites across the street and also to the beach club/pool at Playa Los Arcos. They were all great locations to hang out at! Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The staff were also very friendly! I really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Staff were amazing! The pool area is really nice and the location is great. We had some issues where our window into the hallway wouldn't lock, so the staff kindly moved us to a better room. Unfortunately the road noise in the new room was extremely loud and the AC above the bed kept dripping on us during the night, so we had to sleep on the pull out bed in the living room."
