"Well located. Maintenance of property was good. The deck had deferred maintenance, otherwise the property is in fine condition. The breakfast is included. Bed was very comfortable. I wish we had reserved an upper floor room with view."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Kenwood Inn this past week and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The staff made everything seamless—especially allowing us to easily drop off our bags at the front so we could start enjoying our trip right away. Pat was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed, from breakfast times to pool details and the availability of drinks and snacks throughout our stay. It really made everything feel effortless and well thought out. Breakfast each morning was a true highlight—an amazing, unique three-course experience with a five-star flair. It was clear that a lot of care and creativity went into every meal. We also appreciated how convenient they made it to purchase trolley tickets for sightseeing, which made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The Kenwood Inn exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely give it an excellent rating. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others!"

"The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The room was large in size but tired. Needs to be updated. Leather chair was all beat up. Bathroom needs renovation. Shower head worn out. Paint staring to peel by shower, etc."

"Loved the convenience of the hotel to historic areas of St Augustine. The pool area could be larger but not bad. The biggest complaint I have is there is a $25 dollar plus tax charge to park. Usually don’t have to pay for parking."

"The room was decent but the bathroom sink and mirror is actually in the room. Only the shower and toilet are in a room together. The shower had black mold everywhere and not the kind that comes off with a little cleaning. It needs deep, deep cleaning. The mattress lacks a lot to be desired; pretty cheap. The location is great to St. George Street and marina. Won't be back. Staff was pleasant."
