They need more fish tacos blackened grilled should be able to get a fish taco twice a day if I want instead I was only able to get a fried one up on the roof level 18 restaurant once a lot of hotels in Mexico are doing this making it hard to get fish tacos and really that is what everyone wants we want good fish tacos

The highlights of Royalton CHIC is how wonderful the dining and poolside service is. All of them were incredibly attentive and kind. We found La Hacienda the best restaurant but Vespa was good too. The beach is incredible and they know they have a good spot! The gym, while small, was excellent and AC’d. Rooms were clean and were quiet. However, the elevator situation is dire. No exaggerating you would wait 8 minutes for an elevator every time. The buttons barely worked and everyone was incredible frustrated. Found front desk service rude and unhelpful as well. And EVERYTHING felt like an upsell. More premium wine, a non included rooftop pool, spa, the non included breakfast spot, etc.
