The B&B is in an excellent location, with a 15 min walk into the centre of Keswick. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are really helpful. Free passes to the spa is a great touch and exactly what we needed after a long walk. I'd highly recommend staying that this B&B.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and will do again if we return to Keswick. The bedrooms are a great size, breakfast is delicious and the staff cannot do enough to look after you from arrival to departure. The communal living room with boardgames and free cake is a lovey touch. Parking is on the property.

If you’re fit it’s a 10 - 12 minute walk down into the town 20 minutes back (it’s a bit of a pull up the hill). Very highly recommended

Views were fantastic! The distance from town was ideal, we walked everywhere and never needed the car! Had some fantastic walks, and we were able to pop back to the guest house in the afternoons, before heading out in the evening! Parking was great and though we had a smaller room without much of a view, it was perfect for us. Amazing breakfast and excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble.
