Staff was courteous, room was fine except it was too hot to sleep in and the thermostat wouldn’t let us change it (we inquired a few times and they explained that due to it being winter, it’s stuck on that temp). I would’ve given more stars except on our first night there I went to utilize the free tea/coffee machine and there were a handful of cockroaches crawling on and around it. It’s an old city, an old building, which I get. But it majorly put me off from enjoying the complimentary breakfast each morning. Or anything else they offer (like the free cookies/cakes that are not covered while being offered.

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel - the staff are very professional and friendly. The breakfast had a lovely range of items and catered for all dietary requirements. The roof area was open and we felt so lucky to have an area to see and watch the world go by on the river, and see the spectacular buildings from this vantage point. A quiet area but an easy ( if occasionally uphill!) walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

This boutique hotel came with much more than was noted. All the staff were helpful and kind. The morning continental breakfast was excellent with a huge spread of offerings. At mid day they provide treats for their guests. In the evening they had free wine and a roof top seating area that had a wonderful view of the Harbor. I would highly recommend this place. My only critique is the fact that the bathroom is separated by frosted glass if any one uses the bathroom at night it lights up the whole room. I ended up using my phone flashlight so I wouldn’t wake up my wife.

The hotel looks great, wonderful architecture, the staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. The complementary wine to see the sunset on the roof top is a great idea. The only down side if I can say that was our room did not have a window, most of the rooms do not, this is because of the building architecture. It was not a problem we were outside all the time.

Great stay in Valetta

Lovely hotel, excellent and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast was nice, and the free wine was a plus watching the sunset on the rooftop seating. The location is good for Valetta, close but out the way for the noise, within walking distance of everything. Would suggest towels need changing more frequent but no other feedback.
