This is a very nice hotel super close to the boardwalk. There is decent parking within the hotel and on street. The hotel is located in the heart of things in Rehoboth Beach. The room was well furnished and had a balcony. The bathroom is small. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast included, side view of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony room, beach chairs to use for guests. Cons: only one, I’m a light sleeper and the trash truck came down the street at 5:45 AM and woke me up and was VERY noisy and it seemed like it took forever to empty every little trash can. I’m glad they do this because it keeps the area clean but if you’re a light sleeper consider a room away from the street.
