Had a great four nights stay at the Gulf Coast Inn. I stayed in room nine and it was large, clean and had all the amenities I needed. I really appreciated the large fridge and freezer as I was able to store our beach food and stacks as well as the ice packs for our cooler and extra bagged ice in it. The location is perfect, there’s literally a Waffle House next-door and Publix is right across the street. Leave the room and be at Casino Beach in about 10 minutes. I was afraid there would be a lot of road noise being so close to Highway 98, but between the air conditioner in the room and my Woozoo fan, the only thing I heard was an occasional siren. Again, this place is definitely a hidden gem and I plan to stay here again soon
