This hotel is in a convenient location to Cal Poly and the downtown area. It was comfortable, clean and affordable for a quick trip to pick up my son for winter break. This was our second stay here and the staff has been friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Towels had holes/tears. Peeling paint in tub area along with spots of black mold. Broken bathroom window with temporary (inoperable) window panel. Bath curtain rod coming loose from wall mounts. No blankets for beds, just sheets. Cracked sink basin. The place is clean but needs maintenance and love. For $100 per night a great place to shower and sleep.
