Breakfast was excellent. They have a menu and a buffet and you can enjoy both. You are located right where everything is. We could walk to the night market and even the opera house in 5-15 minutes. One of the more lucky choices in my life that I made from online research. The staff is super polite and helpful. Any help or advice we needed was given.

The staff a very friendly, professional and helpful! The hotel is well situated, I was able to get to majority of the points of interest within a 15-20 minute walk or a short Grab ride. The breakfast was excellent. Of note, please keep in mind this in the heart of the old quarter if you are expecting quiet you may want to consider that but then again that is one of the charms of Hanoi!
