This was a very nice studio suite. It was roomy with a nice bathroom that had a walk in shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. There’s a full-size fridge/freezer a hot plate, dishes, cutlery, a toaster, microwave, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beds are super comfortable, and the room is very spacious. The staff was super helpful. There’s coffee 24 hours a day available in the lobby and frozen food and snacks for you to purchase.

The stay was horrible. The first night I walked in, I smelled a gas-like odor. I called the front desk, and the lady had no idea what to do. I let her know that it could have been one of the monitors, either the carbon monoxide or the fire alarm. The alarm would repeatedly buzz every 15 seconds. She said she had to call maintenance, and they were not on duty. I helped to remedy the problem as she had no idea what to do. The next evening, I opened up the sofa bed. The sheets are obviously not clean. It had hair and food on it. One of the comforters on the bed had blood on it. The manager was rude and did not even offer a solution or remedy, except to say that he would remind the cleaners to change them. I left a night early because I did not want to be there. My sister did stay as she had no where to go. She again went to the manager upon check out and he was rude and asked her what she wanted??

Upon arrival front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. No welcome or small talk- just got my ID & info & handed keys off to me. Stairwell to upper floors was really cold. Floor tile in room entry & bath was cracked in several places and appliances in kitchenette were splattered with soda.

Aestheticly, the room was wonderful. The check in girl was borderline rude. The lobby smelled like marijuana. In Fargo, ND on a weekend where it was -25° there was no where to plug in your vehicle to ensure it started in the morning. For Fargo, that is unacceptable!! If guests can't start their vehicles, that's a problem. If it's because you don't provide outlets, that's negligence. The parking lot was not well maintained, and impossible to park in compared to the number of rooms. Definitely lacking enough spots. The bathroom was incredibly cold, and the floors in the bathroom were frigid. I've always thought this was a nice hotel, from the outside. I'll not stay there again, unless I have no other options.
