We liked the location right in the middle of old town, we liked the room, we loved the staff, and we were obsessed over the breakfast. This hotel is really, really, cute and the people who work there are incredibly kind, giving it a bed-and-breakfast vibe. It’s not your typical hotel… it feels privately owned and operated although it isn’t. The location is great and while there isn’t super close parking, I found the garage nearby to be safe and convenient. The best way to feel like you live in old town with the amenities of a hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Old Town

Hotel Life Palace is fantastic! Great location: right in the middle of Old Town, which is charming, fully pedestrianized, and easily walkable. (No cars in Old Town but it’s small enough that it’s easy to carry/roll your suitcase to you car, taxi, or bus.) There are bistros, snack-shops, cafes, and full restaurants right out the front door or around the corner. But a word of warning: for breakfast, you’ll want to stay in the hotel—every morning, there’s a great selection of treats and mainstays. The hotel itself is super-comfortable—you get the visual delight of a historic palace combined with modern comforts. And, finally, the staff is amazing—efficient, attentive, and super-nice.
