처음 도착 했던 본관 1층 로비는 실망이었다. 음식 냄새가 심했고 체크인 늦었다고 예약 한 4개의 객실에서 한 팀은 다른 층 에 머물러야 했다. 다행히 우리 객실이 있는 본관 건너편 서관은 청결했고 냄새도 없어서 본관의 불쾌함을 씻을 수 있었다. 아침식사는 애슐리에서 하게 되는데 메뉴구성과 원 하는 만큼 양을 정할 수 있어서 나름 만족했다. 객실 실내온도가 높아 프런트에 전화하고 도와줄 것을 요청했더니 친절하고 흔쾌히 처리해 주었다. 위치도 좋았고 주변 전망도 마음에 들었다. 다음에 다시 이용 하고 싶다. 단 객실은 본관이 아닌 서관에 배정이 된다면.

2박숙박했는데 업글도 해주셔서 아동포함 4인가족 정말 만족하고 잘 쉬다왔어요 ^^ 작지만 코코몽키즈카페 애슐리 편의점 등 있어서 아이들 동반 가족들에게 좋구요. 기본 제공 수건도 부족하면 추가금없이 추가 가능합니다. 리모델링했다고 해서 방문했는데 컨디션 너무 좋아요 연박이라 수건이랑 휴지 등 문고리에 걸어두셔서 이점도 좋았고 특히 애슐리 조식 !! 저희 아이들 아주 만족하며 잘먹었어요 직원분들도 친절하고 다음에 경주 방문하게 된다면 저희 가족은 또 가성비 좋은 켄싱턴 재방문할 예정입니다. 경주여행 최고!!
