The staff member was very nice. However there could have been improvements with the cleanliness of the room. One of the beds seemed like it was broken, the other bed had something on the bed sheet (like a sticker that had been washed on the sheet and imbedded rather than came off), there was a stain on the chair, and the bottom of the bathtub/shower needed cleaned or repair or something. I’m glad we only needed to stay for one night.

The hotel smells strange overall. The amenities are there, but the carpet remains dirty even after cleaning. When I pulled back the sheets to sleep, I found long black hairs inside the bed. I also found several black hairs in the towels. One bedsheet had a lipstick stain. The shower floor was blackish where you stand. Towels were almost all dirty or stained. The beds were itchy, and the beige covers were itchy too. The duvets are old, noisy, and need proper covers. The room floor was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing—low quality, little variety: just eggs, bread, and waffles. The pool area smelled odd and felt sticky. The app says checkout is noon, but they demanded we leave at 11—please fix that confusion. Also, they should clean their windows because they’re very dusty, and one picture in the room had black mold. Overall, a poor experience.

Hotel is old but just ok. Our room was ok but a friend's room was very dirty with trash in room. Breakfast was almost out at 8am and when asked them for more they said you weren't making more and we could have dry cereal. Hot water didn't last long, so you needed to get up early if you want hot water.

It was completely disgusting- very old and unsanitary. Vents smelled like urine, stains on bedding, mold in bathrooms, drains not working, and icing on the cake they wouldn’t refund us when we decided to check out one day early because we checked out 1 hour late (and only because my daughter was in a dance competition at the time). NEVER AGAIN! We wouldn’t have stayed the first night if it wasn’t so late that we had no other choice. I also submitted a claim to BBB. So unprofessional, needs to be shut down.
