The room was very dirty looked like they had never vacuumed and when you pulled the bed out of the couch, it was still dirty from the last customers that had been there. Pool area was very dirty and smelt like you had walked into a gas station bathroom.

The pool area was gross... the water murky and slightly smelly. I tried to overlook this as I was looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub only to get in and find out the hot tub was luke warm, at best. While the front desk clerk was trying to be helpful, there was nothing she could do for me since I booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com. The room itself was relatively clean - although no toilet paper to be found - the hallways and stairways were in desperate need of a vacuum. The breakfast was about what I expected... nothing special, but better than nothing. I am not likely to book at this hotel again.

Our room when we first got in, was for sure not cleaned from previous guest. Beds were made but that was it. Blood stains on the bottom of the bed and what looked like poop on the bathroom door. Our TV didn’t work. Called down to the front desk multiple times, no one answered. Went down there and rang the bell no one was there. Would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for multiple nights and encountered several issues that future guests should be aware of. There was a significant fruit fly presence in our room, primarily from the bathroom but spreading throughout—we counted 8+ on the mirror alone, with more on the TV and other surfaces. Flies were also present in the breakfast area, suggesting this is not isolated to a single room. Cleanliness was below expected standards. Bed linens had visible hair and debris, walls had multiple stains, and there was a noticeable buildup of dirt, dust, and debris along baseboards and under furniture, including trash left beneath the bed. There were also maintenance issues, including burned-out bathroom and bedside lights. These concerns were reported during our stay. While a room change was offered, it was suggested late in the evening, and no meaningful resolution was provided at that time. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. We recommend thoroughly checking room condition upon arrival.

We had a very nice 2-night stay. The room was good-sized and very clean and nice-looking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wi-fi easy to access. Bathroom sparkling clean and well-equipped. Heads up - they don't do housekeeping until your 3rd day. Make your own bed! The pool area was perfect for us because we had little children. The hot tub wasn't very hot so the kids could tolerate it. The 6-inch children's pool with a little slide and a mushroom fountain in the middle was just the right size. The bigger pool was small and cold; might not have been the greatest for older kids. The breakfast was superb - wide variety, all piping hot and delicious. Overall a great stay!

I booked this through expedia which stated that pets specifically dogs were allowed. The day of the booking, I start my online check in which was sent by the hotel. In the check-in process it stated cats and dogs were NOT allowed and a $250 fee would be added if discovered. I was pretty upset since the only reason I booked this hotel was because I needed a dog friendly location. I would have preferred to stay 30 minutes away. So after discovering this, I made arrangements for my dog to stay someplace else (while travelling). To make matters worse, what do I see when I enter the hotel when we arrive? A dog. Clearly the directions for this hotel are incorrect.
