Staff was courteous. The room was acceptable but little things I noticed like a poor quality / worn out office chair, no other chair like seating other than sitting on the bed. Lastly, it is about 100 yards from a train exchange so you hear it unless you are wearing their complimentary ear plugs. There is a reason it's an affordable hotel.
