When I opened the door to the room and turn the light on a couple of dozen cockroaches the size of my thumb were already in my bed. The owner would not let me refund the room and when I called Motel 6 corporate they told me it’s completely up to the owner sorry about my luck. Would not stay again ever

Very disappointed. The room was not in good shape but we figured we were only staying one night. Brought our bags in and went to dinner. When we returned there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. We informed the person at the desk who said she would refund our money. However since we booked with Hotels.com we we were not given our full amount!! About 20$ less. Had to find another hotel for the night. Won’t be going to Motel 6 again.
