Checking in, the staff was very nice. However, the floors in our room were so dirty like they hadn't been mopped in months. My white socks were black. The lights on the walls were covered in dust, so much that they were yellow. I wish I had taken pictures, which I usually do. I really didn't feel safe there. Talking to another guest as we waited for the elevator, I mentioned that maybe next time I will take the stairs. He flat out told me not to do that, insinuating the stairwells are not safe My advice- look for another hotel for your stay.

Overall ok for the price. Cosmetic property damage & noticeable lint & sand on the bedsheets, but was ok. Bed was comfy, the room was overall ok on cleanliness, but it's evident they need more cleaning staff with things like the microwave needing a better clean, and a sign indicating limited towels at the front desk. My non smoking room did smell a little of smoke and had noticeable singe marks on a desk. So beware if you're asthmatic. I would probably stay here again next time I'm in the area - but not for more than 1-2 nights.

I didn’t stayed the entire time due to the building being remodeled and others inconveniences there wasn’t a room ready to check in, when there was one it was without tv, no soaps and short of towles, after that I have to check out ahead of time for fire alarm going off and either fire department or the staff unable to mange it, made me wait for hours to check me out since Expedia was responding as the same as Generali insurance company, it was so terrible the experience also with them, 0% recommendations as a travel app. helper.

They went above and beyond. We had booked a room there and when we arrived they had us going to the second floor, but the elevator was out of order. My husband could not walk up the stairs, so they took a room that they are in the middle of remodeling and let us stay in it on the first floor. When we were coming back home we did not have the same opportunity and had to stay at another crappy hotel. But for the one night, they did help us out!

There were no troubles with the stay, the service was very kind. and parking was easy. however the room was dirty. empty cups under the beds. the shower had brown spots and hairs.
