We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel.

This is an excellent modern apartment hotel very well located in Clermont-Ferrand near the center (Place de Jaude). The front desk was warm and efficient. Breakfast was decent (please supply more veggies and fruit!) with excellent coffee. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room - great views. Very good price for what we got.

The room proposed by the kind receptionist at the checkin date was at the top floor and had a great view. Almost all the tour points were nearby at walking distance. It was also possible to access directly from underground parking to the room by elevator. The filtered portable water was convenient to prepare meals in the room.
