The Pangulasian Island Resort was prepared/well organized for our arrival to the resort (group of 5 including a 22 month old baby). First of all, there was the welcoming group arrival & departure greetings. Secondly, the resort made extra effort to locate our luggages misplaced by the airline that handled our transfer from the airport to the Lio Jetty. Thirdly, the resort understood the speciifc needs of our group with a dedicated escort/guide from start to finish. We look forward to re-visiting the resort in the future.

Top notch!! Wonderful facilities with attentive staff, great food & dining. Location is close to best sights and gives you an early jump before hordes of tourists show up each day. Bit more expensive than other resorts but we definitely feel it is worth it. Hollywood also agrees as they were there filming an upcoming movie release but didn’t inconvenience us at all.

This is a beautiful place within 10-15 mins boat ride from the lagoons. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. The only complaint was a bit of rain coming through the roof at times of heavy rain. Staff cannot be more accommodating, friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome and right at home. They offer quite a few inclusive excursions to nearby attractions, which is very nice. Food in the restaurant is a bit dear for the Philippines but the taste and quality is excellent. Ideal stay for 3-5 days to explore the beautiful nature around El Nido.

Pangulasian resort is paradise with best in class service and is true definition of subtle luxury. Team at resort is super friendly. Eduard the resort manager takes personal care of guests. Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. Staff are top-notch, friendly, and attentive! What an amazing experience at one of the most gorgeous places on this planet! Highly recommend the sunrise breakfast cruise if weather permits. We were a family of 4 adults (parents and daughters) and we stayed in 2 separate beach villas. At the check in we have been told that the two villas are not going to be next to each other. They are actually going to be far from one another. After complaining we got the two rooms next to each other. Also, we have been told by the dive master that we will not be able to dive for at least the first 2-3 days because they don’t have enough staff. I have been in touch with the hotel reservations for almost 8 months and in none of the correspondence I have been told to book the dives in advance. Luckily the resort go us an excellent dive master from El Nido. He (Larry Tonia) saved our trip and made it unforgettable. Re the dive boats, they were not built for diving. The boats are actually extremely unsafe for divers. If you need more information and details about this matter, please free to contact me. The villas were excellent, very spacious, lots of complimentary toiletry, 2 A/C’s, ample closet space, etc. Housekeeping and ground keeping were beyond excellent. The bar on the ground level and the restaurant in the upper level were amazing. The food was excellent and fresh. They accommodate our dietary restrictions every time. The service was in both places was beyond outstanding. Special thanks to Joy, Max, Nors, and everyone else.
