The room was dirty dirty dirty. dead roaches in the room. Everything is old and dingy. If you like old hotels with roaches this IS your heaven.

Breakfast was average at best but free so … you get what you get. I found a dead roach in the bathroom. The shower head was detached and making a weird clinking noise within 3 mins of use. The front desk attendee needs more hospitality training. I asked for the room for another night and her response was ‘well I’ll see what we can do because we are not doing extended check out hours today and we need to clean the room out.’ Then proceeds to whisper ‘this is a mess’ under her breath. Thank god for the additional kiosk virtual assistant! He saved the day with his professional insight and upbeat nature.

Took 20 minutes for someone to come wait on me at the front desk and that’s only because I called them. The “check in kiosk” was not working at the time. Room was “okay” BUT it smelled HORRIBLE. I had to go by febreeze. Stains all over the carpet. Our white sock were BLACK. The shower made a horrible noise. Bathroom was tiny.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. We arrived around 11:00 PM and were all tired but had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. During that time, we tried calling the front desk multiple times, but although the phone kept ringing, no one answered. We also attempted to use the self check-in kiosk in the lobby, but it unfortunately wasn’t working. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The waffles tasted unusually salty, and the orange juice had a very odd flavor that made it difficult to enjoy.
