Such a great hotel - super convenient location, very clean, tidy and lovely spacious rooms considering its city location. We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. A quirky hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. The only negative was stairs leading up to reception and lifts. Could be difficult with luggage and someone with a disability. Having said that there is a wheelchair lift which took our luggage and my husband up to the reception. Other than that hiccup which was wonderfully addressed by staff, l highly recommend this hotel.
