The room was clean and the balcony was clean. The beds were comfortable plenty of good pillow choices, medium and firm on the bed. There are no dressers, and not a table in the room of which would be a little better for putting a few items out. Table would be good for relaxing, eating in room and playing a card game. Small side table on the balcony is recommended no where to place a cup of coffee when enjoying the scenery. Breakfast is only on weekends so keep that in mind but very good. Felt safe not noisy away from the crowd. Shuttle stop across the street for going into town and in front of the hotel for return convenience. No coffee have to go out in the morning if an early bird like me, no coffee pot in the room. Overall enjoyed our stay

A simple clean motel. I believe we got more than we payed for! The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room was a simple no frills but the king size bed was very comfortable and the TV was bigger than the room 😁 We booked the room so we could be close enough to the creek to hear and that too did not disappoint. The only thing I wish the room had was a small bistro table. The place is away from the busy town making it very quiet to sit on the porch. An added plus we were unaware of is the free shuttle to gatlinburg down town was right at our hotel and free. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

NOTICE: Although the Hotels.com website lists “breakfast included” it is NOT available on weekdays. Weekends only. Room was very clean and comfortable. Huge tv with plenty of options to watch. Check-in was an issue as there was no staff in the office and listed a number to call. Left message and it took 30 minutes to get a call back. We liked the area as it was quieter than busy downtown area but very close and a safe area.

Rooms are remodeled and clean. It an older hotel so has its quirks. Water temperature fluxes if others are using it. Room are thin so if you have a noisy room next door you won’t sleep. Road noise is very loud. The guy checking in is very nice.

Great place stay. Family owned and run by them. The beds are comfortable with 4 pillows, nice back porch to sit on and view the river. They also have a nice pool and pinic area. The trolly stop is right across the street and it's free. It's quiet at night too. Definitely a great place stay, would recommend a 1000 times over :)

Very Clean, friendly staff, nice balcony view of the mountain. Maybe need a small table by the chairs, and a clock. If you needed an iron/ironing board, you need to check one out at the office. There was no hair dryer in the room (no problem to bring your own but maybe make it known on the website), had to get ice at the office. Overall - would stay again.

Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly
