Very nice modern Onsen hotel, our Japanese style room is spacious with a separate sitting room and the view is great. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great and the onset facility is wonderful. The hotel provides shuttle bus services to the local attractions and JR station. Highly recommended.

この界隈のホテルを歩いて見てみたが文句なくNo１． スタッフのホスピタリティはもちろんのこと、ロビーの綺麗さ・おみやげ屋さんの豊富な品揃え・バイキングの料理の多さ・美味しさ、露天風呂とタワー棟から市街の眺め、どれをとっても最高の体験が出来ました。ホテルはケチらないほうがいいなと実感した旅でした。

会津若松駅で送迎バスを予約していましたが電車の運休で会津若松駅まで行けず西若松駅止まりでした。 西若松駅でバスも運休、タクシーも乗れず送迎バスをキャンセルし雪道を徒歩でホテル迄行きました。 ホテルの方々が早朝５時に交通状況を把握していたのなら連絡してもらうか送迎バスを臨機応変に対応して頂けたら嬉しかったです。 子供の誕生日祝いでご利用させてもらい道中何事も無く無事ホテル迄着いたので良かったです。 ワンドリンクありがとうございました。
