The property is fairly nice, with incredible views of the Appenine mountains. The room was good with a big king size bed. The hotel is a few miles of the freeway, but it is easy to find. But the biggest surprise of all was the restaurant with excellent food and really excellent and polite service. The hotel is probably a really good starting point to explore the mountains and villages. we would stay there again..

It was peaceful and the bed was ok. The waiter for the restaurant was probably the only staff who communicated with us and one of the breakfast staff. Poor atmosphere. The receptionist don’t know how to smile and greet. No staff on the bar, only one effortless young lady from reception.

Great Hotel and even better staff members

One of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. It mostly starts with Angela at the front desk. She knows everything about the area. If you are there visiting the battlefields, the abbey, or looking for a place to eat, she can tell what you need to know. My wife needed laundry service with a quick turn around time. She had someone make sure it was done by the end of the day. The smartest thing this hotel can do is keep Angela. The room was clean, AC worked well, great layout, and staff was professional. Highly recommend.

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had a view of the Monte Cassino Abbey so I was very happy with that. The downside is that it was hot in our room and we were told that the air conditioning in the whole building was off until the summer months! We happened to be there on a warm day in May and nothing could be done. We opened the window to cool the room down but that invited a few bugs into the room. Not a problem for us but it might be for someone else. The other negative was the restaurant upstairs for dinner was not what we expected. The service was excellent and the linens and set up make it seem like it’s high end. The food was good but it was not high end quality. We had shrimp risotto but the risotto was not a traditional risotto, it was just rice. The shrimp pasta was very disappointing too.
