Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Our room, whilst quite large, didn't have a window and the black furnishings weren't to our taste and also highlighted dust in, for example, slatted bathroom door. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Dinner not served in the hotel, but lots of excellent options close by.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were really nice. They helped me arrange a private car for a trip I wanted to do. My only issue was the area was very loud. There was loud music playing outside until after 10:00. Which the hotel can't control what happens outside, so that's not their fault. It was just really loud.

This is an affordable hotel stay in Hue that is within walking distance of the street market and the Perfume River, but just far enough away that you are away from the night action and very loud noise. The rooms are quite small, with just enough room for a bed. A desk and wall mounted tv are on the side. The beds are like most Asian beds I have stayed in - "rock hard", but it is noted this was a newer bed. Bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is excellent. Our room didn't have a window, I think I didn't pay attention to that part when reserving and just looking, it is in the listing, but a bit hard to find. It would help to post that right up front and center so people are aware. I would definitely have not stayed in the room selected, but booked a room with a window. The staff here all speak English very well and are very gracious, helpful, and informative. Breakfast area is small. Breakfast offering is small as well, but offers traditional Vietnamese food and eggs cooked to order. We had a decent stay at the Elegant Hotel.

Such value for money ! Really clean and stylist room. Staff were so friendly and could not do more for you. Breakfast a little basic on the continental side, but still could get toast, boiled egg and coffee. Not bad at all for the price !

Vi ankom tideligt 6:30 og gik os en tur mens vi fik lov til at stille bagagen. Vi kom dog tilbage allerede 2 timer efter, da en af os blev meget syg. Da vi fortalte personalet om det, var de meget hurtige til, at sørge for vi fik et værelse hurtigt. Vi fik værelset som strålede kl. 12 allerede, selvom check-in først var kl. 14 Vi var meget tilfredse, sødt personale, god morgenmad, og et dejligt tv, som faktisk virker.

朝食が6:30からと言うことで、6:30に行ったのですが、コーヒーが冷たい。その時にコーヒーのスイッチを入れた。遅すぎでは？パンにつけるピーナッツバターも空っぽでスタッフに言ったけど、新しいものは調達されなかった。パンにつけるジャムもなにもなかった。昨日は問題なしだったけど、今朝はとても残念。

I booked a "Deluxe Double Room". On the booking page this room has "city view". However the room we got had NO WINDOW. Be very careful what you get in Vietnam. I had a few instances they just give you something slightly less valuable than what you paid for. This is certainly one of the instances.

Room was ok, they have tried to make it look good but doesn’t work for travellers. Had no where to put our bags except on the dining chairs in the small hall way. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Bathroom very cramped. BUT location was fantastic. Two blocks away from food and shopping. THIS IS A CITY NOT TO MISS !

This hotel seems to be serving group travel business, and like a budget hotel. Looks like they only prepare breakfast to serve them, so if you come a little bit late, there is nothing for you. Breakfast is limited and although we got there at 730am (breakfast time start at 630am), there is nothing left to eat. The hotel will give you a bowl of "bun bo" (beef noodle) and that is your inclusive breakfast. Don't be fool by the photo, the hotel appearance is not shiny as it looks. In my opinion, the hotel has poor design, air conditioning is not good enough to cool the family room, the bath room without a soap holder, and the water has to flow from the shower room across the bathroom to the drain. The hotel managed by old school system. You have to leave the room key at the reception desk, so when you get back to the hotel in the summer, please be prepared waiting sometime to get your room cool down since everything will shut down when you are not in the room. I think they are at par of a 2 stars hotels, so if I could read a true review earlier, I will not book this hotel. I think the hotel is still a good choice for its rate for someone's budget, but I think people should have a true picture of the hotel they are going to book. You get what you pay.
