A basic but spacious room. Parking, although comlimentary, needs to be validated with your car registration. We were unable to do this as the validation machine was not working and we were asked to write down our car registration on a paper list. Let's hope this has worked OK!

Clean, simple stay – but a couple of issues The room was clean, tidy, and well temperature-controlled, which made for a comfortable stay. It’s fairly basic, but more than adequate if you’re just looking for somewhere straightforward and practical. On the downside, the shower didn’t function properly due to a faulty tap/faucet, which was disappointing. Also, when I asked about breakfast options, I was simply directed to a nearby Greggs rather than being offered anything on-site. Overall, a decent stay for the basics.

Stayed here a few times until they booked me into room 36 . And what an eye opener that were ! Mould riddled in the bathroom . All over the ceiling , shower curtain covered in it & filthy carpet . 2 inch gap under the door . Asked to manager for another room who then agreed to my money back due to the room and not having a spare . Fast forward 2 days , not had my refund and no confirmation of it going through either . Will not be staying here again !

Room was dirty and in need of a complete refresh. The hotel is quiet and the shower has decent pressure with very hot water. The beds were reasonable comfy. For the price it's acceptable. Location, can only be accessed travelling south on M3 which currently has lots of road works.

Unfortunately the disabled parking spaces were all taken by vans non displaying Blue badges, response from the staff was a smirk laugh, I was informed that I could park anywhere in the main carpark, as one of the vans had blocked the footpath no way through with my wheel chair. the room was found nothing short of filthy the shower was unusable due to blocked drain and a mixer valve that failed to function either scalding hot of freezing cold nothing between the toilet cistern overflowed into the bowl.. all night. the bathroom floor grout has failed completely due to constant flooding from the shower and leaking pipework. no at nearly £60.00 the room was not cheap and not what i expected from this brand name
