The hot tub was full of kids everyday which they should not even be allowed in the hot tub so we did not enjoy the hot tub kids were jumping in it like it was a pool. The pool was cold wasn’t able to go in that either. The outdoor pool was closed. Our hot water wasn’t working when we got there had to wait a day to have it fixed

We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the courtyard and beach water view. Room was clean! Extra towels, bedding blankets already provided. Kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and everything worked. Pretty quite except for construction/roofing repair. Workers were cautious around guests. Had slight trouble with not a lot of hot water for showers and A/C unit smelt undelightful upon starting up. Other than that everytbing was great! Would stay here again!
