The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices.

If you are thinking of staying here, you must! We stayed here for 2 nights on our arrival to Marrakesh and our first time in Morocco. The taxi from airport (organised by hotel) took us to the taxi stand at the end of the road and someone from the hotel took our luggage and through the streets to the hotel. It is a beautiful oasis in the middle of Marrakesh!! So well located and Palais Moulay is so beautiful and it was a really magical part of our stay in Marrakesh and Morocco!

Rooms 115 and 114 impossible to get a good night sleep. Paper thin walls and doors. You can hear guests and staff walking and chatting starting at 7am. No TV, no safe and no hair dryer in room. Bathrooms are old and outdated

Room has the Cockroach on the floor when we opend the door of the room very first time. Staff was so rude and miss representing information, such as asked for Iron throughout our stay and they didn't provide it rather asking us to give them clothes to get iron from outside Sarcastic way.

Riad lindo, muito bem decorado e muito bem cuidado. Um staf enorme e muito atencioso. O quarto foi grande e espaçoso, mas é simples. A janela é virada para o corredor, de forma que temos que deixar as cortinas sempre fechadas. Mas acho que isso é uma caractetistica dos riads. Foi uma boa experiência de hospedagem em Marrakech.

C’est un palais sans confort: pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de téléphone, une bouteille d’eau chaque jour aurait été la bienvenue, sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable. Ne pas se fier à la photo des chambres, il n’y a pas de corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée.. Personnel, sympathique, très bon petit déjeuner. Il y a une théière dans le hall d’entrée mais je ne l’ai vu que le lendemain de mon arrivée. J’aurais apprécié que la personne qui m’a accueilli me propose un thé ou un verre d’eau à mon arrivée. Hôtel très bien situé. Les chambres familiales sont au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la piscine , chambre humide et bruyante jusqu’à 23 heures car il y a des tables au bord de la piscine pour boire un verre ou manger et c’est collé aux chambres. Ce serait bien de pouvoir étendre son maillot de bain quelque part.

Franchement une horreur! Chambre placard avec tapis sales, rien d’un palais! Repas mauvais, le spa abdolument incompetentes! Personne nest formé au massage! Affreux moment ! Letablissement pas tarrible du tout, pour avoir un café après le pztit dej, il faut attendre 11h le matin car ils n’ouvrent pas avant! Chambre bruyante, pas d’etageres, pas de télé, 3 cintres , marche treshaute pour aller a la sdb! Je deconseille fortement!!!

Our stay was, overall, excellent. The riad is beautiful, with very tasteful décor and a მშვიდ, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the common areas—especially the courtyard and the terrace—are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The staff deserve a special mention: always kind, attentive, and willing to help at all times. They made us feel very welcome from the very first day, and their warm, personal approach truly made a difference in our experience. As the only point worth noting, we had a minor external issue on the day of departure with the taxi pickup, which did not arrive as scheduled. Although we understand this was outside the accommodation’s control, it did cause some stress at the end of the trip. Despite this small detail, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming place, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere in Marrakech.
