Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas.

The ocean was partially visible through palm trees on the property. Pools were nice. Room was clean. Restaurants and bars were a little disappointing, both severely understaffed, some restaurants only open certain days, one only serving breakfast but listed as breakfast and lunch. Food variety not there, mostly the same food every day at the buffets. Staff was mostly nice, watch out for concierge, they will try to talk you into a time share sales meeting.

Anything nice, or “cool” wasn’t included. From Starbucks to bars, to cabanas. Everything was a members only space. The food at the restaurants were okay, but the buffet was awful. My husband got food poisoning from meat that was served. The bars had fruit flies and the beer coming from the tab tasted like it had never been cleaned. The staff were friendly, but everywhere you turned, they were trying to charge you for something. I would not recommend this to anyone, nor go back.

I had pre-arranged with the hotel for airport pickup and transportation but it took over 2 hours for them to actually come and get me. One driver arrived after 45 min but he was there to pick up another couple, despite having my name and confirmation on his phone. Check-in at the hotel was easy & efficient. I did not like the hard sales push after check-in, as we had been traveling all day and just wanted to get into our rooms. My room flooded the first night, with water coming in from the ceiling near the door and throughout the bathroom. I had about 2 inches of water in my room before I was finally moved to a new room. It was close to 11:30pm by the time I got to my new room. The hostess for the Mexican and Italian restaurants was rude. The first night she told us we must have a reservation, despite the restaurant only being half full. As we started to leave, she stopped us and told us she would seat us but insisted that tomorrow we would need a reservation. The second night we had a reservation but accidentally made it for the next night. She refused to seat us, but again as we started to leave, she agreed to seat us. The wait staff at breakfast was very reluctant to serve us mimosas. The pool bar on Sunday was out of Sparkling Wine and White wine. The hotel is great need of updating. Most of the staff were pleasant but the people working the bar were less than pleasant, throughout the hotel. The pool does not have enough chairs to support the volume of guests.

This resort is not even close to what it was from a quality perspective compared to a previous stay under different ownership. Non functioning elevators, general overall service and appearance to food quality. Also, 8 of the people in our oarty of 14 got extremely ill. We will not be back. different different

When we arrived, there was no stocked fridge, there was only two robes with three people staying in the room, when I went to get water from the bar, they told me I had to go buy it, we went to make dinner reservations and we couldn’t get dinner reservations till 930 at night. As well as we were told that most of the restaurants were fully booked when I sat by the pool in the morning there was a grinding happening for about three hours not very many people speak English very little service by the pool. No music by the pool room service was horrible. Nobody answered the phone. The Bellman took two hours to come and get our bag so we just brought them down ourselves. Everything from the beginning to the end was horrible at this resort we left early. They tried to stop us. I will never come back here.

Nothing went well the rooms are huge and they all have a view of the ocean but they are in desperate need of pgrading the service in general was terrible the food except breakfast was awful entertainment was great and although my reservation was prepaid they could not find the payment but this was already adressed with you it is a long story

Es un lugar tranquilo, limpio, todos muy amables, cuenta con 3 albercas, una área de alberca infantil si llevas niños pequeños. Un área de gimnasio en buenas condiciones. La habitación que nos tocó vista hacia el mar más que perfecta. La comida tienes opción de acudir al buffet o reservar en alguno de los restaurantes. En ambos la comida es rica. Recomendaría este hotel sin duda

It was a really nice experience. I’ve been to plenty of resort and they had really good food except the Italian place. Wasn’t crazy about it. The Buffett and Mexican restaurant was amazing. I had the most wonderful and kind waiter, Carlos. He was very attentive and sang Happy Birthday to me. The resort was clean especially the pool. I didn’t like that it was open and not gated and also you can only reserve ONE restaurant your entire stay. Also, since i didn’t have them take my luggage they never told me where my room was. Overall, i had a wonderful experience. In addition to, you cannot swim in the ocean, It was very rough.

I did not have working lights or air conditioning until 8:30pm on the first day. The connecting door did not lock. Maintenance put two NAILS in it. This was completely unsafe. I was not offered a new room. I checked out two days early and the hotel refused a refund
