Our first time staying at this location. Everything about the place was very clean and neat. Rooms were very nice and the water pressure was great in the shower. We did not eat breakfast here as it is an additional price. The downstairs store is very convenient yet pricy. We brought our own snacks for the most part. The pool was nice. My only downfall was there is no indoor pool / hot tub at this location- only an outdoor pool. So if you’re traveling in spring when it isn’t so warm out then you may be disappointed with no indoor pool. Other than that this location was great and close to everything. Will stay again. Also the staff seemed very friendly & helpful.

When we first arrived the trash was over flowing at the entrance. This was our first red flag. The lobby was a mess with games everywhere, that didn't bother me too much. My room was the worst part, the floor was so sticky and dirty we could not take our shoes off. You could see stuff spilled under the bed and around other areas. I requested Clorox wipes at front desk to clean the floor myself but was notified they had none and couldn't give me other cleaning supplies. Service desk lady was very rude and didn't offer other way to clean. Definitely will not be staying here again. Also didn't get the $10 breakfast buffet. Thought it was included.

Clean and really close to the Island, you can see it from the hotel. Staff was great and the breakfast was good, plenty of food and choices if you want to eat before you leave the hotel. The room was nice the beds are comfortable, would stay again.

Room wasn’t ready for early checkin around 1:30 which was okay but we were told it should be ready by 3:00 if we wanted to come back. We were back by 3:50 and was told it would be another 20 minutes. The sign on the wall said checkin is at 4:00, which is later than most hotels. 3:00 is average. Staff were nice but unprofessional in dress and overall presentation. Almost had an “oh well” attitude. Not a lot of extra to do at property. Convenient location. Not a fan of the barn/sliding door for the bathroom in the room. This created a lack of privacy. No safe and the steamer not as efficient as an iron. Not sure I would stay at this hotel specifically again….maybe if no other availability or better option. Needs to grow a little and step up in areas of customer service. Just missed the mark.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff, bartender, and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room after a long day at Dollywood. I left a pair of shoes in my room, and the front desk had them shipped to me with UPS. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our room floor was sticky throughout. Our shoes were tacking everywhere we walked. Not sure what the desk was with that. Otherwise it was a spacious room and bathroom.
