This is a newer hotel and it gets everything right. The rooms are spaceous with good work spaces for business travelers. This is the only hotel I've stayed in this year -- and I stay in a LOT of them -- that still has maid service every day. It's really nice to come back to find fresh towels and a made bed at the end of every day. This hotel also has a guest reception in the evening. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, had a hot shower, and good coffee. I will definitely be staying here when I'm in Grand Island.

When we checked out, we were told that they could not print a receipt for our stay and to expect a $60 cleaning fee from Expedia. We booked through Hotel. com. There was no cleaning fee and I a had to call the motel later to get a receipt. The Happy Hour drinks and snacks were great.
