Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

cheguei com antecedência para o check-in, esperei ate entregarem minha chave, e o quarto estava imundo, me encaminharam a outro quarto que estava sujo e com comida no armário e com pertences de outro cliente, e os lençóis sujos, o elevador vivia com defeito. Mais tirando isso tudo...o café da manha era bom e os funcionários agradáveis. essa foi minha experiência, espero que a de vocês seja melhor. achei importante relatar.

O café da manhã tinha poucas opções mas tudo bem, e o ar condicionado estava pingando (vazando) inclusive eu pedi para trocar o chuveiro pois o chuveiro estava parecendo cachoeira não estava saindo no devido lugar certo dos crivos e ninguém trocou! Só gostei a única mulher atenciosa da recepção não perguntei o nome dela mas ela foi muito gentil e paciente com a gente na entrada do CHECK-IN e eu quis agradecer no CHECK-OUT porém ela não estava nesse dia, infelizmente dou nota zero do chuveiro porque estava um absurdo saindo uma cachoeira horrendo! Pedi 4X para trocar e não trocaram...

Por outro lado, a localização é um grande ponto positivo: o hotel fica no centro, próximo de praticamente tudo, o que facilita muito a locomoção e os passeios. Para quem pretende passar o dia fora, fazendo atividades e usar o hotel mais para dormir, acaba sendo uma opção que compensa pelo custo-benefício e pela localização estratégica. Porém, se a ideia for ter mais conforto e aproveitar melhor a estrutura do hotel, talvez não seja a melhor escolha. No geral, a localização acaba sendo o grande destaque da hospedagem.

O quarto onde ficamos poderia ser bem melhor, a limpeza é mal feita,o banheiro cheira mal, as camareiras se queixam que não tem material de limpeza nescessário,lojas ao redor até tem, mas tivemos que descobrir por que os funcionários da recepção não informam nada, fiquei num quarto no terceiro andar,que dava a janela para o estacionamento e o, acho que restaurante por final de semana tinha festa e o barulho incomodou, os elevadores estão em mas condições, e o café da manhã está péssimo, não tem variedade e a qualidade deixou a desejar !!!
