The Lansdowne was spotless, extremely comfortable Excellent breakfast, and great selection too. Of amenities in the bedroom. A very well stocked Bar, it is Very close to the town centre. A short walk to the beach, and Pier fantastic to see the Big wheel back and it all lite up with multiple colours at night. Very close to restaurants with and without entertainment. Plenty of shops and cafe to choose from. 10 stars definitely Dan Wei and all the lovely friendly staff were fantastic thank you for a wonderful stay xx

Free Parking within hotel grounds was great. Plenty of spaces and able to park prior check-in and for a few hours after check-out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast choice was excellent . Good choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt , juices and cooked options. Decor was very classic Edwardian style. The dinning room/bar and adjacent lounge were very comfy and tasteful. We stayed in the superior double room on the 2nd floor. Room was a good size with a two seater couch facing a window with Mountain View’s and a glimpse of the sea. King bed was comfy and warm. Tea coffee biscuits and small fridge also in room. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.
