This hotel has been OK before, but they're in the middle of a refurbishment right now. No lift (which they don't tell you about until late on the night before you arrive), but also the air conditioning in the rooms does not work because of the renovations, and they don't tell you that at all. The rooms, especially on the top floor, get very hot, but you can't have the window open because the enormous secondary glazing they have to keep out noise swings out into the room and across half of the bed. I'm sure it will be better once the renovations are complete, but until then, don't bother.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel and the staff is very professional and friendly. Location was perfect right next to the central station and a short walk from main attractions in town. The room is nice with coffee and tea facilities, very spacious bathroom and excellently soundproofing.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which means there is no lift until June 2026, and they only told us this the night before we arrived. The room at the end of the corridor is not great ... the toilet is in a separate en-suite, with no hand-washing facility, from the bathroom. There is secondary glazing to keep out street noise, but it's very large and cumbersome to open. Beds were very soft, room a bit warm. Staff were good at addressing some of these issues, and it looks like the renovation should make the place a lot more modern when it's finally finished, but better communication would have been good.

Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the clean room (we did notice a very cute little mouse below our mini fridge). Cleaning, towels and room was very good and their timing too!! The hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside and the entry a bit outdated, but for us not a problem. Receptionists were all very helpful and friendly. We did take breakfast in the hotel. A bit expensive and lots of options in the neighborhood.

Old building with some interesting decorative features. Very small but adequate room with the worst bathroom possible. Knees pressed against shower door when on loo and the tiniest shower with mouldy grout and chipped tiles. Water pressure was so bad that i couldn't wash my hair.

Hotellet har ett mycket centralt läge, precis mittemot tågstationen, vilket var ett stort plus. Rummet var fint och rymligt, med badkar, och personalen var mycket trevlig. Däremot fanns det några förbättringspunkter: sängkläderna var rena men något slitna – ett påslakan hade ett hål och vissa fläckar som sannolikt inte går att tvätta bort. Duschen hade också väldigt lågt vattentryck. Sammantaget en trevlig vistelse, men med utrymme för förbättringar.

Chouette séjour

J'ai passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. J'ai passé 2 nuits. C'était agréable d'y séjourner. L'escalier d'entrée est très joli. Il y a un très bon arôme dans le second escalier qui mène au deuxième étage. Il y a un petit placard pour mettre un voire 2 vélos, ce qui est super.

Bien situé, mais alentour peu rassurant

L'hôtel a sûrement connu sa belle époque, mais il est un peu vieillot aujourd'hui. Les chambres sont petites et celles qui donnent sur l'intérieur ont un côté oppressant. La connexion wifi est laborieuse, il faut se reconnecter à chaque fois que l'on quitte l'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le gros point négatif, c'est le type de population aux alentours qui ne vous fait pas vous sentir en sécurité.

Séjour d’une nuit en couple. Chambre de luxe très spacieuse, très jolie, moderne, lumineuse, agréable. Le petit + un frigo dans la chambre, bouilloire, café, thé. Le personnel est hyper agréable et à l’inécouté, du personnel de réception aux personnels de propreté. Cet hôtel est très bien placé face à la gare et proche de toutes commodités. Hôtel très bien isolé, même côté rue on entend rien dans les chambres. Je le recommande!
