Durante mi estancia me atendieron 4 personas diferentes en recepción, y todo ellos fueron sumamente amables y atentos, realmente agradezco su buena disposición y atención. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, cuenta con lo indispensable para llegar a descansar, solo consideren que en caso de viajar en pareja el baño no brinda mucha privacidad. Me encantó la ubicación, caminando llegas a muchas atracciones imperdibles.

Viajé sola, y reservé una habitación “doble”, la habitación es pequeña, pero tiene todo lo necesario, consideren la nula privacidad del baño si van con alguien más, solo para tener en cuenta (puertas de cristal que no cierran del todo). El personal fue súper atento y amable desde mi primer contacto con ellos, siempre aclarando mis dudas, brindando soluciones a mis problemas, y siempre amables con una excelente actitud. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando llegué sin problemas a la mayoría de las principales atracciones, sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo aquí.

Hotel com localização perfeita. Perto de tudo: metro, bares, restaurantes, mercado, teatros, pontos turísticos. Quarto pequeno. Atrapalha um pouco quem viaja com muitas malas. Banheiro com paredes de vidro que incomodam um pouco a privacidade. Pra mim valeu muito a pena! Viajando em casal!

Très très bien situé. Du coup bon rapport prix / localisation. La literie laisse clairement à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est peu varié. Et l’absence de clim maintenue quand la chambre est vide rend la chaleur étouffante dans les petites chambres sans fenêtre. Parfait pour visiter la ville sur quelques jours mais pas plus.

Great location! Very central to everything you want to see in London! 5 minute walk to the heart of Covent Garden. The rooms are very small, but they are enough for a single traveler making the value for the location a good one. I would like to see them add a few coat hooks on the walls and the room would be perfect. There is very minimal space to put any suitcases or hang cloths. That is probably the only downfall of this hotel. All in all, the value for this hotel is there and I would recommend it for any single traveler.

I was looking for a reasonably cheap hotel in central London and this fitted the bill perfectly. Well located and a change from the usual Paddington hotels as the Elizabeth line from Heathrow stops nearby. The room was quite large although the double bed could only be accessed from one side. No windows was ok for one night and the position between the bar and ladies toilets was surprisingly quiet, at least on a Monday night, as it is accessed from a separate corridor. Very friendly staff.

Be prepared, the rooms are tiny. Now that is the only negative out of the way. The staff are incredible, location perfect, breakfast reasonably priced and lovely and the bedroom is a work of art. Everything is really well thought out to maximise the space. You’re not going to want to spend hours lazing around the room, but it is perfect for somewhere to sleep on a short break.

The Z Hotel Trafalgar is a very continent place to stay in London … especially if you are interested in see theatre in the West End. My room was clean and the staff were nice.

They clean roo.s every second day, which was fine for us. The shower had a broken shower head which was very frustrating as the water would shoot out all over and make showering a harrowing experience. Given how small the rooms were the water would pool and leak into the sleeping area.

The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and engaging, wifi was good. I ordered a can of Pepsi at the bar, over £3.00 is very expensive, put me off ordering other items there.
