Location was good, front desk- very nice people and helpful, room - one bed was removed and it made a huge room which was ok but my side of the bed was missing a night stand . Bathroom, the taps for hot and cold water were very hard to manipulate especially at the bathtub. There was a glass shield between bathtub and the sink making difficult for me to turn on the water ( other to hot or to cold) and the breakfast area, it was very minimum for continental breakfast. Coffee , tea and two small croissants. No jam . No juice.

Basic room so no fridge,kettle or table but it had 1 chair. Room was very large and could easily accommodate more furniture. It’s an older hotel as the elevators were the original tiny 2 person with 2 doors type. Street noise as is on a busy street with many buses. Breakfast was same every day - coffee,tea and 2 small medialunes . Price is reasonable.

Rooms are very dated no chair to sit on although advertise Flat screen Tv you get a 30 plus TV with no remote which barely works the sheets have hole the towel rail fell to pieces the toilet seat is very loose and rocky the included breakfast is tea coffee 2 small local croissants and a piece of cake no other choice would never stay again nor recommend the reception entrance is the nicest part maybe they should pay more attention to the actual rooms

De modo geral é um hotel que atende as necessidades de descanso de um casal em viagem. As profissionais que ficam na recepção em todos os horários são maravilhosas e super gentis, limpeza do quarto, quando solicitado, as vezes quando chegávamos no meio da tarde ainda não havia sido feita, banheiro são tem box e sim apenas uma cortina que sempre molha tudo. Se você está escolhendo um hotel com café da manhã para economizar, melhor procurar outra opção, o hotel só disponibiliza 1 prato por pessoa com 2 mediaslunas e café, então você acaba tendo que comprar na rua depois de qualquer forma já que a fome acaba batendo. Localização é muito boa, vários kioskos ao redor, supermercado, drogaria, lanches, ponto de ônibus, metrô, enfim.

O hotel é bem localizado, a cama até que confortável, o quarto só tem espelho no banheiro, a tv é de tubo, o elevador não passa segurança, mas o principal é o café da manhã, que é melhor não ter, porque são apenas duas medialunas, sem recheio, servido para beber com café, água, leite e cacau, e no último dia não tinha nem o cacau para colocar no leite. Acredito que a melhor solução é não fornecer o café da manhã, e baratear a hospedagem. Porque assim, na minha visão, não faz sentido.

O café da manhã é péssimo. Só há um elevador para duas pessoas. O outro está quebrado. Péssimo. A tecla de chamada do elevador não funciona nem no térreo nem no quinto andar. Aperta aperta e a luz não acende. Elevador péssimo. Perde-se um tempo enorme tentando chamar o elevador. Pior café da manhã que já tive em hotéis. Péssimo. Atendente do café péssima. Fica o tempo todo no celular. Café frio. Sem guardanapos na mesa. Hotel tem que melhorar muito pra chegar a bom. Nem ótimo nem excelente.
