The check-in person was not at all friendly, very cold. The rooms are beautiful, very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. We were only disappointed by the staff around the grounds and in the breakfast bar area nobody’s friendly at all. The breakfast was good but they don’t put fresh food out after 9:30.

However, our room did not have hot water and asked if it was corrected twice and it was faulted to be not corrected. Also, one of the groundskeeper made a derogatory comment on our way out. Overall, it’s a nice place but it doesn’t deserve the “excellent” rating it has on this app.
