Staff are so lovely and welcoming, they made the stay so worth it. They made the effort to welcome and converse with us every time they saw us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early which saved us so much time so we are so grateful for this. There is a free coffee machine that you can help yourself to, it even has hot chocolate and English tea, it was so delicious. The room was so clean, there were no flaws in terms of cleanliness. The bedding and towels were clean and had no stains. The beds were tidied everyday and the bathroom was cleaned too. We booked a double room, it is as small as it looks in the pictures. The room has a kettle and a tv. An iron is available upon request. It would be better if there was a small fridge. If you’re on a girls trip this room won’t be ideal for you as there wasn’t much space for us to store our belongings and to get ready. The hotel is located a short walk from the train and bus station. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would recommend this hotel.

Anwar was extremely welcoming, very accommodating. We had multiple rooms booked and one of our family was is a wheelchair user. They couldn't do enough to make sure he had easy access and was comfortable and had everything he needed. It's in a great location in Zaandam and the hotel itself is spotless clean! Rooms have everything you need for a short stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Great value for money! Staff are fantastic!

The hotel has very small rooms like a prison. There is bed bugs. My whole body has been bitten by bed bugs… I do not recommend. Also a long walk to the zaandam train station.

Very nice staff. Assistant manager helped us and gave us really great food recommendations. The hotel is two minutes away from the busstop and 10 minutes away from the train station. Very easy to get to Amsterdam.

Bella e spaziosa la camera con ampio bagno e doccia molto grossa. Vetrate luminose, personale gentile e ottime bevande calde offerte. Posizione perfetta per il centro di Zaandam e vicino alla stazione per raggiungere Amsterdam. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto...il lavandino del bagno un po' piccolo.

The room was exceptionally clean, staff were lovely and so helpful even the easiest ways to get to places in and around Amsterdam. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Amsterdam, the train from Zaandam to Amsterdam is less than 20 minutes to Amsterdam central!
