The breakfast buffet was yum and lots of variety. There are two pools and the beach area was nice. The hotel had 5x pet rabbits and Guinea pigs you can feed which was cute although they are mostly asleep in the heat of the day coming alive in the evening! Very close to old town only about 100k in a grab. Conscience store on the street out the front where you can get water/cokes/beers/snacks as hotel is very expensive 128k for a coke. Would stay here again

The hotel is absolutely huge ,very busy and very much set up for families with children so we hardly used the pools. Instead we hired bikes and cycled to An Ban beach every day which was a lot more relaxing for us. So yes, if you're a family with young children, it's great, but for couples wanting a quiet break, not so much . Staff were great , room was nice , but personally we wouldn't stay here again .

Near perfect stay. The place is beautiful and highly recommend. The only downfall for me was the room with the bath does not allow for standing up to shower, therefore you have to bathe. Inconvenient is you want a quick shower.

Didn’t like the bathroom set up with the sink being in the open by the bed. Hotel is showing signs of aging with some peeling walls in the corridors from the bedroom to the lift and rusting balcony railing. Good choice of breakfast items. I lost my plastic room key and was charged 200.000 dong to replace it. It was just a plain plastic credit card size key ! I’ve never had to pay for a replacement card key at any other hotel before.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful beach. Prices of restaurant drinks & food are pretty high on European levels. But very nice rooms and friendly staff. It’s a shame that some guests treat the areas badly, such as clogging toilets in the pool area or not showering before swimming in the pool so that sun cream leaves a film in the pool.

This is the first time I have been catfished. The place looks nothing like the photos. So the hotel is NOT good. Not a good condition at all. But the staff are incredible. What was looking like the worst Christmas turned out amazing because of the outstanding service we got from the staff. They were so understanding, empathetic, patient and professional. They problem solved and made our Christmas so special after being upset about booking this hotel based on the photos. The manager is outstanding. We couldn’t believe how good the customer service was. The manager is Luan and it’s the best customer service we have probably ever had. The woman who also helped us with new arrangements was Ms Hang Duty Manager.
The amazing staff who are exceptional at a hotel that doesn’t look like the photos.
