I would certainly recommend the Maximilian hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a walk round the corner for tram and bus stops and two minutes the other way takes you to the Old Town. Staff at reception were excellent and when we asked for a kettle in the room they obliged straight away they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were spot on cleaning the room and changing towels daily. Staff at breakfast were also very attentive especially Anastasia who welcomed us each morning with a beautiful smile. If we ever return to Innsbruck we will definitely stay at the Maximilian again.
