The Hotel itself was very nice. The Bed was ok. Everything was clean. There was a language barrier between me and the clerk who could not understand everything we asked her. We called the desk several times and got no answer from the office. The restaurant closed very early on Saturday night and the Matre'd was not very accommodating. The Spa was nice and Nick did an outstanding job as our masseuse! Overall it was good but not great!

Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back!

The room was ok, but lacking a proper balcony. Nice bathroom. We chose half-pansion option at the hotel but were dissapointed a few times: good selection of local specialities but everytime lacking seasoning (!!), one dessert was a disastre! Kind stuff. Breakfast a bit boring, no variety, everyday the same selection. Good location and facilities at the hotel (pool, fitness room)

I have been travelling Austria, France and Italy for two months and stayed in many 4 to 5 star hotels and had 99% friendly service. However, here the staff seemed less than enthusiastic with their jobs. From checkin to leaving early due to staffs over lack of effort or concern to make the stay enjoyable. Felt like this was run like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't reccoment stayiing there for a good experience, just a quick no expectations stay.

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was good.

Our stay at Mountains Hotel

Our stay at Mountains Hotel was a very pleasant experience and the hotel staff was very helpful. In fact, we had a tiny incident with our van which was resolved by a member of the staff without any hitch. The staff spoke English and so we did not have any problems communicating. Overall, a very good holiday.

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

One night in Seefeld

Nice hotel in Seefeld, but our room was a bit dated. Clean but would need a good upgrade. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the previous olympic stadium, but we realised quickly that we shared that balcony with a family. That was not really a problem, but we would have preferred to have our own balcony. Breakfast staff was not too cheerful. A smile and a nice greeting would have been nicer.
