The good points • The room was great and comfortable. • The house keeping staff were also great and very accommodating when we had to work from the room. • Breakfast was great with a good selection. • The shuttle service was convenient and nice service to offer. • The spa treatment was also very good. The negatives of our stay • We had an issue with check-in which was not handled very well. Manager was not available and they said they would contact us but never did. • Room service was slow (took over an hour for a sandwich) and the wrong order delivered first. • Restaurant at hotel was disappointing on both occasions. Meals was requested medium. One meal over cooked and second visit burger was still raw.
