Alba was great! The Queen of Maps :) There was an issue in the room, but Tamara and her manager handled it appropriately when I checked out. It's in a good location with a parkade, and I got the best room, so was happy! I found Fernando in the morning at the cafe downstairs - Cafe Alameda. He's awesome.

El desayuno es de mala calidad y no tienen en cuenta los alérgenos. La habitación, tan oscura que parece un túnel, con el baño mal distribuido y una luz del detector de incendios parpadeando toda la noche encima de la cama. Además, es ruidosa y está mal aislada. La televisión solo ofrece un canal (24 horas) repitiendo las mismas noticias en bucle. Las botellas de agua, que deberían ser de cortesía, las cobran a 2,10 €. Un auténtico despropósito de hotel, imposible de recomendar.

Alojamiento moderno, a lo mejor un poco excesivo de moderno con el baño, ya que si alguien está duchandose, se le ve desde la cama ya que tiene un hueco abierto el baño a la habitacion que deja ver una parte de la bañera. Demsiada modernidad para aspectos clasicos. Por lo demas, buen servicio, cafeteria con precios razonables tambien.

Esta avaliação vale o que vale, é só a minha opinião. A funcionária da recepção foi impecável, O quarto estava com algum pó nos móveis e espelhos, a casa de banho estava em boas condições de limpeza, as roupas da cama estavam em condições e lençóis bem branquinhos. Nas partes comuns, como corredores etc , aí é que não me satisfaz, na alcatifa nota-se algumas nódoas, quer no corredor quer na saída dos elevadores. O pequeno almoço é básico, não tem nada de especial. O hotel está muito aquém de um hotel de 4* , 3 * já era de pensar. O preço do que se paga por noite, está muito inflacionado , para o que é oferecido.E pagar 12 € para estacionar é um abuso, enfim é negócio
