All was fine. Minor issues - check-in took a while due to a basketball tournament weekend and hotel down the road was half closed (refurbishing) so more people than usual here. Due to that, breakfast was crowded. Not enough time for everyone to use waffle maker. Issues: empty bottle of alcohol in cabinet - did they check it when cleaning? Breakfast hours on a Sunday 6-9, why so early on a weekend and why so short? Hotel has four floors of rooms, lots of people to feed in 3 hours!

Dans la chambre, les lits étaient propres, mais les matelas très mous, il y avait une tache de sang sur le rideau de douche, une grosse tache orange dans le micro-ondes, un cerne d’assiette sur le bureau et une trace collante (probablement du savon) sur le comptoir de la salle de bain… bref la chambre aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Les enfants ont adoré l’espace piscine et glissade d’eau. Le déjeuner était correct. L’espace extérieur (module de jeu et terrain asphalté avec ballon de basket était super pour amuser les enfants et leur permettre de bouger.

We had a great stay, loved the slide and hot tub however the chemicals used were really strong. Not only my kid but many other kids came out coughing which was unfortunate. I also wish the pool was heated. Other than that all was good. Slide was perfect for the kids.

The front desk staff was great, but the room was lacking in house keeping. The pull out couch had disgusting stains all over it. I had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets and blankets for my daughter to sleep on the pull out couch. There were none in the room. I also had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. Nothing in the bathroom at all. The shower had a huge glob of red hair in the drain. The towels and wash clothes were all stained or dirty. The pool was lacking in supervision. Adults and teenagers jumping from the spa into the pool. Doing flips over top of young children. No clean towels in the pool area, I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. He pushed out a bin full and asked me to take it to the pool area. Other families complemented me for being a life saver. The bathroom located near the pool absolutely disgusting. No paper towels or toilet paper. Feces nothing sprayed all over the toilet and floor. Absolutely disgusting! We took our child back to the room and let her swim around in the Jacuzzi tub we had in our room. Which I had to wipe down with Clorox wipes and rinse prior to her getting into. The tables, ice bin and window sills were dusty. I'm absolutely disappointed and we will not book again. Of all the complaints I made the older man at the front desk was very understanding and tried to fix the problems as soon as possible. Not sure if it's understaffed or just has lazy housekeepers.

It was generally very nice, but the chlorine in the pool was overwhelming. I've seen a lot of people complaining in reviews about this and was hoping it wasn't true. Perhaps, you should consider switching to a salt water pool instead of chlorine.

They do not have fully functional generators, if there is an emergency there will be no electricity. Not to mention the staff is inattentive at times I was on the phone waiting for them to pick up for several minutes, then headed down to ask because they didn't answer the phone, I asked them for assistance only to have to call them again almost an hr later to actually get the help. Oh and be warned about the hot water it goes from Luke warm to scalding hot.
