I arrived at 2pm to try for an early checkin & was told no rooms were available until 3p (understandable). Original room I was placed in the dead bolt didn’t work so I was moved. Staff member tried to come in my room at 2:45AM. Lobby area/staff smelled like weed. Other guests were complaining to the desk about issues in their room each time I passed through the lobby. Overall it felt unprofessional & was an uneasy trip especially traveling alone as a woman & someone trying to enter my room.

Budget motel with a capital B. No hot water first night. They moved us to another room for second night. Staff consisted of one person per shift. But they were very nice. Didn’t cost much.

There was No hot tub....fridge didnt work, 1/2 roll of TP....no shampoo or body wash in bathroom, half outlets didnt work.....when asked for compesation...i was told i had to do it thru you guys even thoughthey could stull charge my card for a soda....and it literally was one of my worst stays in years......recommend 0 stars......can i please get some of my money back for this stay.....i was 2 days with out these things

Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Room was clean bed and pillow very uncomfortable sheets and towels were clean but looked dirty and very thin. Staff was very friendly answering all questions hotel was full and we didn’t have any hot water for showers. Parking was very tight for all the cars.

We never got our trash taken out, never switched out our towels and the beds are horrible. We went and bought a mattress topper just to try to get some sleep. We asked on 2 different days for someone to get the trash and clean towels and we ended up having to go get them ourselves from the front desk. Definitely will not stay here again.
