Everything felt very dated. Room wasn’t well maintained, with beaten up furniture and stains on the walls. Guest next to us were extremely loud with well over 10 people in a two person room. When I called the desk was greeted with “hello?” Then a monotone “what?” Which felt incredibly unprofessional as though I was bothering them by calling. The restaurants and gambling floor staff were the saving grace. Funny, kind and helpful. Overall calling this a 4 start establishment was probably true when they first opened. Now… not so much. Price point doesn’t match the experience.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Hard Rock. We travel to Biloxi at least once a year. It has become our favorite place to stay. Everyone, from front desk to maintenance is friendly and welcoming.

Front desk staff were great. Pool attendants were also. Casino waiter was extremely rude. The bartender in the back was extremely uspet about something. Cussing, pacing back and forth. Very unprofessional. He wasn't Cussing at the customers, he was Cussing at the fact no body was showing up to cover his shift. I also feltt the rooms needed a little spruced up.

The members card for the casino seemed like a joke. We were told after we gambled that the points don't travel with us to other Hard Rock casinos. Huh? Why wouldn't they unless it's just a ripoff. We'll never go here again, would much rather spend our money at a casino where the points go with you.

I checked in on a Sunday and checked out on Wednesday. My room was not cleaned a single time bed never made no towels changed out no trash removed! Is this normal service @ the Hard Rock it was my first time to stay in a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?

The room itself was awesome! The showers did not have doors, they are just the floor with two drains and water was all over the floor making it super wet and slippery. We wasted most of our towels putting them on the floor to wipe up the water to keep from falling. I wish they had built up the shower wall for extra privacy instead of adding glass. Also if you are in the bathroom your reflection bounces off the windows in the bedroom so the people in the bedroom can see you in the bathroom changing. The blackout curtains really weren’t blackout. There was still quite a bit of sun coming in even with them being down. The hotel was great. Great location. Awesome pool. I wish the casino was non smoking or had a non smoking section. I don’t smoke and have really bad allergies. I went down for less than a hour and woke up the next morning with stuffy nose and nose bleed from all the smoke the night before so I wasn’t able to go back down there again. The hotel had several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
