Everything was to a very high standard from very pleasant helpful staff to food and drinks etc The room we stayed in had just been refurbished Decor fixtures and fitting excellent We stayed overnight as was daughters wedding. The room was spacious but the hot water was very temperamental. It was scalding in the evening and freezing the next morning. It was also extremely noisy. We were allocation room 21 beside the lift and the cleaning staff’s supply room so there was constant noise and clattering about during the night which meant we got barely no sleep. The spa was lovely but extremely overcrowded.

Booked because price was appealing, however unless you book direct, there is a £20pp fee to use the spa facilities which bumps the price up anyway. Room was ok, confortable but very Premier Inn like. Food at dinner was lovely, service at breakfast was terrible. There are other hotels in the area that are much better value for money.
