Great hotel by the beach. Neighbourhood around the hotel is not that great. No shops, a lot of unmaintained buildings, and garbage floating around. I did not mind the noise from the building site next to the hotel, but I can imagine that it can be a bit annoying for some people. Especially if you are planning a whole day at the pool. All in all a good experience at the hotel, but the surrounding areas has a lot to be desired.

This food in the hotel is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. There is a small beach in the hotel area and it is very good for snorkelling. The garden in the hotel is amazing and the whole area looks very beautiful. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean and the location is a bit quiet, which is very good for the family.

The hotel met if not exceeded all our expectations. We took the all inclusive package. The buffet selection was huge and very good. The all-inclusive package also included the alcoholic drinks as well as the pool bar, which made everything much easier. The direct beach access is great and the beach (although not private and rather small) is very nice. The water is glass clear and since the beach is in a bay, the water is very calm. So optimal for families with small children. Although the hotel was fully booked, we always found a sunbathing area with shade or umbrella. Only the towels for the pool area were a bit scarce. There was only one set of bath towels handed out per person per day and no exchange was made possible to get a dry towel. However, this was just a detail that we were happy to put up with. We booked a family suite with a view of the sea, beautiful 😊 The room was big enough for the 4 of us (two adults and two kids 11 & 13) and had good air conditioning. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Twice a day our room was cleaned or checked. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. With the city bus (stop right in front of the hotel) you can get to the city center quickly and easily for shopping, partying etc. In summary, very good and happy to return!

The hotel is sat at a very pleasant quiet bay. Staff were friendly and breakfast wad decent and catered for all options (though my husband wasn't very impressed quality-wise). This was a couples holiday and so I would not return to the hote as I think it was very family oriented, especially with the entertainment in the evening, which we could hear quite loudly from our room until about 11pm. Overall, however, it was a good stay. Good gym as well 👍
